Beeway at LMH2

Discover Beeway in the streets of Le Mans.

The Beeway will be presented in tipper versions, both statically and dynamically in the streets of Le Mans at LMH2.

LMH2 is the hydrogen event organized under the aegis of the Le Mans Metropolis. This 6th edition will be held on September 24 & 25, 2024 at the Palais des Congrès et de la Culture in Le Mans.

On this occasion, the Beeway will be presented with a refuse collection vehicle manufactured by Tecno of the Merlo group. The Beeway will be displayed statically on the forecourt of the Palais des Congrès, and dynamically in the streets of Le Mans.

The garbage truck application is a good example of decarbonization using a Beeway. A conventional refuse collection vehicle consumes 60 to 80 l of diesel fuel per 100 km, or around 200 kg of CO2 emissions per 100 km, taking into account the many stops and starts. Thanks to energy recovery during braking, a battery-powered Beeway can already offer almost 600 km of autonomy in this type of operation. So what about hydrogen?

See you at LMH2 on September 24 and 25 at the Palais de Congrès et de la Culture in Le Mans!
