In the future, Beeway's flexibility will enable your vehicle to evolve to meet new needs. You'll also be able to add batteries or even switch to hydrogen, depending on the configuration.
The first, 37kWh battery-powered version is the B1. The B1 allows to decarbonize transportation in medium-sized towns where speed is limited and distances are reasonable. In short, it's the right solution for "quarter-hour cities"*.
*The "Quarter-hour city" concept leads to favouring soft mobility in order to reduce the pollution caused by cars
B2 is a more powerful version with greater range that can tow a trailer up to the limits of the BE license, i.e. a total of 4T2. Its higher top speed makes it easy to join ring roads and to get out of town.
B3 has the largest capacity, this model is meant to operate on a departmental or regional scale, and to carry heavy loads over longer distances.
The H2 is a hybrid version, with hydrogen for increased range and a battery to ensure its dynamics. It fills up with hydrogen in just a few minutes, and the battery also provides a reserve for the ride to the next hydrogen station.
As standard, Beeway is equipped with a single front engine.
This liquid-cooled synchronous motor incorporates its own gearbox and electronics.
For demanding applications, an additional motor can be installed in the rear axle.
The standard version of the Beeway has 4 wheels and a GVW of 3t5, accessible with a "B" car license.
The maximum speed is 110 km/h except for the B1, which is limited to 90 km/h to preserve the battery.
Payloads depend on options, but can go up to almost 2t.
For greater load capacity, the N2 version goes up to 4t2 depending on configuration.
European regulations will allow it to be driven with a B "car" license.
In France, you can already drive it with a B license if the GVW after deducting the batteries is less than 3t5.
The bolted frame can be easily adapted to your requirements, so the Beeway is available in three standard lengths.
These lengths are for bare chassis and may increase if the equipment fitted includes an overhang.

Battery-powered vehicles can be recharged at potentially fast charging stations in just a few tens of minutes on a DC charge (typically from 20% to 80% in 36 minutes), or even a few hours on an AC charge (3 to 12 hours depending on the station).
Hydrogen-powered vehicles fill up in just a few minutes.
This means that our hydrogen-powered vehicle can be used for longer shifts, and refueled in the same way as a combustion-powered vehicle.
In 2×8 or 3×8 shifts, the hydrogen vehicle can be recharged at shift changeover.
Beeway vehicles can be fitted with 220V sockets to use your power tools, or thei batteries of your portable power tools can be recharged from the vehicle.
Increased energy capacities offer additional capabilities:
This means you can power refrigerated cases without having to install additional batteries (and worry about recharging them). The volume of the case is then 100% available; no volume is lost for batteries dedicated to the fridge.
Your street equipment will also benefit from this supply. Compressors, water heaters and other appliances will no longer be powered by diesel burners or engines.
Similarly, Beeway can supply hydraulic pumps for cylinders or power actuators.
